Vibe Programme


Our 8 week VIBE programme is based on health and wellbeing principles and has a strong focus on fitness, motivation and confidence. The programme is designed to support 18-24 year-old job seekers to move forward into employment, education or training.

We work on areas such as career and personal development, goal setting, minimisation of barriers as well as advocacy and referral to support services. Students have the opportunity to complete work tasters, work placement and cold calling as well as getting daily support for job seeking. The fitness component is run by industry trained and accredited professionals and includes cardio, circuit training, weights, resistance training, games, yoga and even beach or park fitness when weather permits. The career and personal development components are designed to work alongside the student - giving them a clear employment pathway plan and the tools to successfully progress forward into employment, education or training.
